Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Grand Rivers Hometown Holiday Artisan Market. This event brings together a diverse selection of local artisans, crafters, bakers, growers, and makers to offer unique goods and holiday gifts to the public.
This is a juried market. All applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse selection of vendors and merchandise. Preference will be given to products that are handcrafted, locally made, locally grown, or otherwise unique.
Applications may be declined if merchandise does not meet the event criteria, if too many vendors offer similar products, or for other reasons determined by event organizers.
If your application is not accepted, your booth rental fee will be refunded. Processing and registration fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted.
If you are unsure whether your merchandise qualifies, you may request pre-approval before registering. Email 3–5 photos and a detailed description of your products to [email protected]. We will review your request and respond within approximately 48 hours.
Mass-produced merchandise is not permitted. Our goal is to maintain a market featuring locally grown, handmade, handcrafted, and unique products.
Vendor demonstrations are welcome and encouraged when space allows.
Produce vendors should be GAP certified. Vendors interested in GAP certification may contact Adam Barnes at the Livingston County Extension Office at [email protected] for information about certification classes.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own displays, extension cords, tents, and other equipment needed for their booth.
Eight-foot banquet tables and chairs are available inside the Community Center at no additional charge. Vendors using Community Center tables or chairs are responsible for setting them up and returning them to the designated storage area after the event.
